Walmart has agreed to buy Television maker Vizio, the businesses declared Tuesday, as the most significant U.S. retailer grows its high-financial gain advert small business.

Walmart will purchase Vizio for $2.3 billion, or $11.50 for every share, in funds. The major-box retailer announced the acquisition as it claimed its fourth-quarter earnings.
